Damaged Items
- All damaged items need to be reported to our customer service team within 5 days of receiving the item. Please email you order number and a picture of the damaged item to threepupsboutique@gmail.com
- If you contact us beyond the 5 days, your item will not be eligible for return.
Return Criteria
- Returned items must be unused, unopened or anything else that would make them unsellable. Perishable items are FINAL SALE.
- If items are LuLaRoe pieces, please email lularoeamymills@gmail.com
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of scents, hair and anything else that would make them unsellable.
Return Timeframe
- Returns must be sent back to Three Pups Boutique with in 14 days of your delivery date. Items not received within that time frame will not be accepted.
- Once your return is received, please allow 3 business days for it to be processed. A store credit will be issued.
Return Process
- Please complete the Contact Amy tab with the following information included: order date, order number, item being returned, reason for return and any other information helpful!
Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for shipping costs back to Three Pups Boutique. We do not cover shipping costs unless the item was damaged or a mistake was made on our part. We suggest your items be shipped with tracking, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to Three Pups Boutique.
Exchanges
- Due to the fast selling nature of our products we are unable to accomodate exchanges. You will receive a store credit for Three Pups Boutique.
Final Sale Items
- Items not eligible for return include final sale (prices ending in .97), deal of the day, mystery items, jewelry, holiday or items purchased in order to receive a free item.
